• Tickets this year are sold out, but please add your name to our waitlist above. While there are no guarantees, we do actively monitor things and use our waitlist in the case of cancellations. If a spot opens up, we’ll reach out in the order names were added.

• Ticket prices range from $245 to $395 (plus processing fees), depending on where you choose to sit. CLICK FOR MAP!

• All seating is general admission within each pricing level — so while you’ll select your tier in advance, exact seats are first-come, first-served.

Welcome is a one-day, single-stage conference, hosted by Will Guidara, that features a select group of guest speakers.

Your ticket includes access to the full day of programming from the stage and your seat in the auditorium, plus breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and plenty of coffee to keep you going.

You can expect Welcome to be a more enlightening, fill-your-gas-tank, inspirational day as opposed to a more tactical, typical conference.

• What is your refund policy? All Welcome tickets are non-refundable. Please view our full Terms & Conditions to learn more.

• Buying more than one ticket? You only need to enter your own name at checkout. On the day of the event, you’ll check in under your name and update your guests’ badge information on-site.

• Can I show up on the day-of and purchase a ticket at the door? We won’t be able to accommodate any day-of ticket requests at the door. We’re actively managing last-minute cancellations and moving through our waitlist accordingly — and it’s important to us that we honor that process. When people show up and hope to be let in, it puts our team in a tough spot, having to say no, and isn't fair to those who’ve been waiting patiently.

• Do you offer a student or industry rate, media passes, or other discounted tickets? We don’t offer discounted tickets. As a fully independent event, every ticket helps us create the best possible experience for all attendees. We’re grateful for your understanding and your interest in being part of it!

• Can I watch the conference virtually? While we do not offer a live virtual experience, we will record each speaker session and add them to our YouTube Channel in the weeks after the conference.

• Is there a dress code? We recommend business casual, or whatever you'd be comfortable wearing for connecting with old friends, or meeting new ones.

• What are the transportation and options for parking? David Geffen Hall offers a variety of paid parking options. Please check out the full range on their website, along with a variety of transportation options, HERE.

• Will there be a coat check available? Yes. We provide guests with a coat check — to store coats, larger bags, or luggage — located just beyond the check-in desks. Please ask any of our Welcome team members if you need help finding it.

• What if I need to leave in the middle of the day or take a call? We will provide you with a printed badge upon check-in that will get you in and out of David Geffen Hall if you need to take a break or leave the building.
